Tyler Scott
Founder + Managing Director
Tyler is a seasoned real estate, finance, and private equity professional with over 15 years of experience managing large client real estate portfolios with responsibilities including transaction management, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, complex equity and debt structuring, and asset management. His high level of success is due to his extensive knowledge and diversity across all major real estate asset classes and areas of finance, along with his dedication to helping clients achieve their short and long-term investment goals.
He has extensive quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, as well as a thorough knowledge of ARGUS, Excel, CoStar, RealPage, Yardi, VTS, Juniper Square, and other similar industry-standard software packages. He brings a proven and deal-tested track record underwriting and managing large assets and portfolios, as well as maintaining critical investor, lender and other capital partnerships.
Tyler is an Eagle Scout and has degrees in both Finance and Real Estate from Baylor University, as well as multiple industry certifications and designations.
